Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

If you believe that any content on the website infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly at help@skyconnect.lat with a description of the work you believe is infringed and its location on the website, and we will review your notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services if any invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will reimburse us for reasonable travel and out of pocket expenses incurred in connection with the performance of the services, provided that such expenses are pre-approved by you.

Confidentiality

Each party may disclose confidential information to the other in the course of an engagement. Confidential information means information that is identified as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential, including technical designs, business plans and client data.

Each party agrees to use the other party confidential information only for the purpose of performing under this agreement and to protect it using reasonable safeguards. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that is independently developed or rightfully obtained from a third party.

A receiving party may disclose confidential information if required by law or court order, provided that it gives the disclosing party prompt notice where lawful so that the disclosing party may seek a protective order or other remedy.

These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for a period of three years or as otherwise required by law.

Disclaimers and Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
